the hotel location was very good.

The staff seemed inexperienced and provided contradictory information. i was overcharged (on top of an already expensive nightly rate). the pool area was unattended. The pool itself was small and only one meter deep.

I encountered some issues. The room design was rather impractical, with complicated features that didn't enhance the experience. The pool was quite small. It was only one meter deep. I also noticed the pool area was unattended, disappointing.
